Prayer Request

My nephew was deployed over seas last week. He's not in the fighting from what I understand, but he will be gone through the holidays and I know it will be hard for his wife and kids. Please keep them all in your prayers.

A Lot Of Catching Up To Do!

I can't believe it has been over a month since I last posted! I said I was going to get better but I have just got worse so this time I'm leaving it open, I will post as I can. I still haven't found a time in my day that I can sit and focus on posting. I have time after the kids are in bed sometimes but I am so tired from all of the days activities that I can hardly bring myself to check my email. A lot has went on in the past month. I know I can't remember it all but to hit on a few things, I have got into the nesting stage of my pregnancy which is a great feeling because I have never been through it with my other pregnancies. I would be still getting stuff together after they had been born. I have got a lot of things accomplished but I still have more to do, but it should all be done before Christian gets here. Oh and that's something else, I know I posted a couple of months ago that the baby's name was Ethan, well Dray didn't care for it and I couldn't get comfortable with the name so we went with our other choice which is Christian. The middle name is staying the same (Chase). The pregnancy is coming along good, I feel at times like he is going to kick through my stomach. I honestly don't remember any of the other boys moving quite so much. I'm about to start my weekly appointments which are so much fun... Only 6 weeks left!!! I have decided to get my tubes tied, Dray was going to have a vasectomy but to save us money I'm going to go ahead and have my tubes tied. So YES that means NO more babies for us!!! Which I know most of you are relieved to know that. =)

I got a call from the woman in the office at Dylan's school a couple of weeks ago, she said that Dylan was in the office complaining of a headache and that he was crying with it. That has happened before and I have thought that the headaches were being caused by sinuses. They started about a year ago and I started thinking that it may be his eyes so I took him to the eye doctor, but she said that his vision was great. So on this day I figured it was time to call the doctor. When we got there the doctor was asking different questions and he asked if Dylan was having any blurred vision and Dylan told him yes (he had never told me that) but I know he was being honest, I have always told him that he has to tell the doctor exactly what he is feeling so they know what is wrong with him. he asked Dylan if he had blurry vision before or during the headaches and he said right before. After more questions the doctor said that he was 98% sure that Dylan was having Migraines. He still has to see a Neurologist but the doctor did put him on a preventative medicine. The side effects of the medicine are being hungry and tired and let me tell you he has had a HUGE appetite! I have never seen Dylan eat as much as he has ate on that medicine. After some low test scores this past week I have taken Dylan off of the medicine until we go to the Neurologist. I will let you all know how that goes.

That same day Jordan's nose started running, I started giving him some Dimetapp hoping it would all clear up. Of course it didn't, he ended up going to the doctor that following Tuesday (Thanks to Momma for taking him!) and he had a sinus and ear infection! He was put on an antibiotic for ten days which he has now finished and he is back to 100%!

The Friday night after everything happened with Dylan, Dray and I were in the kitchen and when we came into the living room Nathan had taken off his diaper, well Dray went to put another one on when he noticed that Nathan had wet on himself and there was white stuff in his urine. I have seen this once before but I just stopped giving him so much tea to drink and I thought it would straighten out. But again it didn't. Anyway when Dray saw it he called Ask A Nurse, she said that it sounded like an infection and that he needed to take Nathan to the night clinic. When they got there the nurses ran a catheter but Nathan didn't have any urine so they gave Dray a bag to catch his urine in and told him to bring the sample back the next night. So that's what we did. The doctor there said that yes it was an urinary tract infection. They gave him Bactrim to take for ten days and they would recheck him in 3 weeks. Well, Nathan had a runny nose and was sneezing a lot a couple of days before all of that with his UTI, he stopped showing signs of being sick until mid week the next week, his teacher told me that he had been fussy at school and was rubbing his ear a lot. So I figured that I needed to take him on to the doctor considering what was going on with Jordan. Sure enough he had a sinus infection too! Of course the doctor wanted to know why he was on Bactrim and after I told him the story he said that he would recheck Nathan and he took him off of the Bactrim and put him on an antibiotic to take care of both infections. He has one day left on his meds, he seems much better now. I will let you all know how things go with his check up.

I think that covers it. If I think of anything else I will post it!

First Fall At School

A couple of weeks ago when I got to the school to pick Nathan up his teacher was bringing him out which was unusual, but he is still fairly new so I didn't pay it an attention. Well when she got to me with him, she told me that he had just taken a fall in his wheelchair! His anti-tippers were not on his chair so when he leaned forward he fell face first on the carpet! It didn't look bad then but as the day went on it got worse. Since then, the school has pushed his wheels back and I went to Greenville to get a set of anti-tippers. He shouldn't be falling out anymore.

Tight Fit!

Okay, we can't have anymore children for the simple fact that we have NO where to put anyone else! A few weekends ago, I got to work in the babies room to get everything ready for the three of them to be able to sleep in there. What a fun experience that was! I had to think and rethink and think some more about how I was going to fit everything in there. Barely, just barely did it all fit.

Toddler Bed!!!

Last month, we bought Christian a mattress for his crib and we bought Jordan is very own Diego Toddler Bed! He wasn't sure of it at first but I think now that he has realized that he can get up at ANY hour of the night, he LOVES it! He was up extremely early one morning so the next night I tried putting him over into his crib again and he wasn't having it. He pitched a huge fit so I decided we would just leave him in the toddler bed. The evening we bought the bed, Dylan and Nathan were at Daddy and Judy's and I didn't have their room rearranged to fit the toddler bed in there so when we got the bed together we put it in our room. He slept very well that first night.

My Sweet Guys

Dray and I were out on the porch one night and when we came in Jordan was knocked out on the recliner. I loved the way he had his hand up at his face! Of course I had to get a picture of my other guys. =)

What Was Daddy Thinking?!?!

Dray put the kids in their bed clothes one night and then put them straight to bed so I didn't get to see this until the next morning! Yes, you are seeing this right. He left Jordan's shirt on from the day before! I know that couldn't have been comfortable to sleep in.
