Growth Hormone

Nathan went to the feeding doctor yesterday where she did some blood work. Everything came back normal except for the blood work on his growth hormone. Now she is sending him to a specialist for another test. If there is a problem with his growth hormone he will start treatments that should make him grow better and make his muscles get stronger. I'm not sure what the test or treatments consist of but as soon as I find out I will let you all know.

Dylan's Gingerbread House

Sunday night Dylan and I worked on his gingerbread house. I put it together and Dylan did all of the decorations. This is the first year that I have let him do all of the decorating his self. He did icing and all. He was so proud of his hard work as were Dray and I. The very next evening, he was going to show is Daddy how he could "make a basket" with a diaper he was throwing away....he missed and the diaper landed on the gingerbread house! He was devastated. I told him we would get another one as long as we could find one. He was still upset but, that made him feel a little better.

Visit From The Nurse

The nurse came out today to check me and Christian. He weighs 9lb 1oz and is 21" long. He's already growing so fast! I am having some soreness in my stomach, she told me that if it isn't any better tomorrow to call the doctor because they may want to see me. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Here are some pictures I have taken this week of the kids!

HE'S HERE!!!

Most of you already know that Christian finally decided to show his face. I went into labor early Sunday morning, around 3am. I was fully dilated by 9am but he still hadn't dropped. They sat me up to try to get him to drop but he wasn't budging. The doctor then told me that she could break my water but there was a chance that the cord could come first and there was no way of knowing if that would happen or not. If it did, she would have to take him by emergency c-section. The safest way I could have him was to have a c-section before we got into an emergency situation. So to get him here as safe as possible, I chose to have the c-section. He was born at 11:04 Sunday November 25! He weighed 8lbs 5oz and was 20 inches! He is so beautiful! Here are some pictures that were taken at the hospital.

No Sign Yet!

I went to the doctor today and there has been no change. I'm still dilated at a 2. He gave me the choice to wait or to have a C-Section. I chose to wait since the C-Section would only make it where I couldn't pick my other boys up for even longer than already expected and a lot of other reasons. The ultrasound showed that Christian is weighing around 8 pounds! The doctor did say that it could be that my body will not have him naturally because of him being so big. So I may have to have a C-Section anyway. Please pray that his birth will come soon and that he will have a safe entrance into this world no matter how he gets here.

Seth's Halloween Pictures

I just had to share these adorable pictures of Seth with you all!

Loving The Christmas Tree!

Dray got the Christmas Tree down and put it up last Sunday, so we could have it done before Christian gets here. When Nathan woke up from his nap he was so excited to see it. So I sat him beside it so that he could touch it. He had a great time! Of Course I had to get the camera out and capture the moment! When Jordan got home from Momma's he wasn't too sure about it at first but he did want to start touching it after a while. Dylan was excited that we had already put it up. He turns the lights on everyday when he gets home from school. We still haven't got it decorated but as soon as we do I will post pictures!

Pictures

These are just some pictures that have been taken here and there that I thought I would share with you all!

Halloween '07

The kids had a great Halloween this year. We went to Amanda's neighborhood, her and Les helped us out with the kids. Thanks again! Jordan didn't want to go for the second half of the neighborhood, he was ready to start eating his suckers. So he stayed with Amanda and I to give out candy. He decided to take a trip down her steps while we were giving the candy out. He cried, I think it scared him more than anything. I never did see a mark on him. I think his Elmo head protected him. You probably can't tell from the pictures because Dylan didn't want to wear the whole costume but he was a Transformer (Optimus Prime) and of course both Nathan and Jordan were Elmo. Seth was Shrek, he didn't want to wear his head, but he made a cute Shrek! It was a rough night for Dray and I, it just completely wore us out. We were both ready to see the bed that night. Seeing the joy on the boys faces was worth it though.
